I was approached by founding partner Shani Newbold to develop a visual identity for Cadence Partners, a new team of creative recruiters.

The logo mark uses a cross hairs – or plus sign – to signify the precision with which they carry out their searches, as well as their belief in inclusivity, development and growth. The colour palette is appropriately bright, confident and diverse.

The use of origami in the photographic story alludes to care, craft and transformation.
